We are excited to share the completion of a large-scale solar project in Thailand, with a total capacity of 670KW. This installation on a metal roof showcases the integration of advanced pv mounting solutions and careful consideration for both functionality and maintenance.
The solar mounting system utilizes L-foot brackets paired with self-tapping screws to secure the solar panels to the roof. Before installation, a careful measurement was taken to ensure proper panel alignment and positioning. The self-tapping screws are directly drilled into the metal roof, and a layer of waterproofing material was applied to prevent any potential water leakage through the roof.
The system's solar panels are mounted on a set of durable rails, with the solar modules arranged in a landscape orientation. To further secure the panels, Module clamps were used for the module attachment.
In terms of long-term maintenance, the project considered the importance of accessibility for cleaning and repair. An FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) walkway was installed, providing a safe and sturdy path for workers to access and maintain the solar panels in the future.
In addition, the installation incorporates stainless steel wire mesh cable trays to organize and protect the system's electrical wiring. This solution ensures both reliability and safety, making the system easy to manage over time.
Overall, this project represents a successful collaboration of reliable solar mounting technology, thoughtful design for maintenance, and durable materials. It’s an excellent example of how solar energy solutions can be seamlessly integrated into commercial and industrial environments, providing clean, renewable energy while prioritizing long-term functionality and serviceability.
This installation in Thailand highlights the strength and versatility of modern solar panel mounting solutions, setting a solid foundation for sustainable energy use in the region.
